- Open a browser and login to the Elevate control Panel (https://cp.serverdata.net/Portal/User/Login)
- Under Services select Elevate
- On the left side of the Elevate page select Reports & Analytics
- Select call reports, call detail report, and the date range you want reported
- Select Run Report
- Select export on the right side and export to .CSV file format
