Download Call Logs from Elevate

  1. Open a browser and login to the Elevate control Panel (https://cp.serverdata.net/Portal/User/Login)
  2.  Under Services select Elevate
  3. On the left side of the Elevate page select Reports & Analytics
  4. Select call reports, call detail report, and the date range you want reported
  5. Select Run Report
  6. Select export on the right side and export to .CSV file format
